Only after the service, in cash or by bank card.
What are your working hours?
We provide our services Monday to Sunday, from 9am to 8pm, subject to available time slots.
Are there any travel charges?
20 km included, then 2 CHF/km for each additional kilometre, calculated from our nearest base (Genève, Lausanne, Fribourg, Neuchâtel or Sion).
Is my appointment confirmed immediately?
Your request is recorded online, then the team confirms the appointment and the technician.
Can all stains be removed?
No, we do not promise that: some old stains or dye stains may remain visible. We tell you honestly before starting the work.
How long does drying take?
Usually a few hours, depending on the material and how well the room is ventilated.
