Online booking

Data: name, phone number, email address, service address, services, preferred time slot, comments and optional photos. Purpose: to organise and confirm the service, assign the technician for the area and send you confirmation. Recipients: the Swiss Wash Home team, the assigned technician or partner, our technical service providers (hosting, email delivery). Your address is converted into coordinates by a geolocation service (Google Maps, with geo.admin.ch / OpenStreetMap as a fallback) to calculate the distance. Contact form

Partner applications

Google reviews

We display a selection of public reviews published on our Google listings (first name/display name chosen by the author, date, text), with a link to the listing. These reviews are cached for a maximum of 30 days. To remove a review, you can delete it on Google or write to us.

Audience measurement, marketing and Instagram

Google Tag Manager (Google) and embedded Instagram content (Meta) are only loaded after your consent. Details and withdrawal of consent: cookies page. No form data (email, phone number, address, photo) is transmitted to these tools.
