Material-specific precautions
- Code S or X (no water): we do not clean with water and will let you know before starting work.
- Leather is not treated with spray extraction.
- Velvet, linen, viscose and delicate fabrics: the manufacturer's instructions take priority. After inspection and a test on a hidden area, we choose the method — or advise against wet cleaning if the material risks developing marks, shrinking or bleeding colour.
- Some old stains or dye stains may not come out completely.
Preparing for the service visit
- Clear the space around the sofa
- Remove throws and decorative cushions
- Provide access to a power socket and a water supply
- Let us know what caused the stains, if you know
Drying
The fabric remains damp for a few hours; the time depends on the material, thickness and ventilation. Avoid sitting on it until it is completely dry.

The sleeping surface of a sofa bed is priced by quotation: select the option in the form and the team will contact you.
Are removable covers washed?

Yes, you or someone you trust must be present at the start and end of the service.
