Material-specific precautions

• Memory foam, latex or mattresses without a removable cover: we follow the manufacturer's instructions first. If they rule out moisture, we do not use spray extraction and offer you another solution (vacuuming, localised stain removal), or tell you honestly.
• Old ring stains may fade without disappearing completely.
• This cleaning improves appearance and freshness; it is not a medical treatment.

Preparing for the service visit

• Remove sheets, the underlay and the mattress protector
• Leave access around the bed
• Arrange an alternative place to sleep if the service takes place late in the day

Drying

Allow a few hours, depending on thickness and ventilation. Only make the bed once the mattress is completely dry.
